I've experiencded the same for years due to overwork. personally i would avoid all supplements and focus on boring sensible old school type diet . we tend to overdo the supplements and herbs when we panic. The 'boring cure' is often pretty useful.

These are great suggestions.
I would like to add more suggestions for healing:
1. Food grade (must say food grade on the container) hydrogen peroxide and MUST be mixed with water or juice.
2. Magnesium
3. Vitamin B complex (this is a water soluble vitamin = leaves the body daily). Vitamin C is, too.
Vitamin C crystals are much more powerful for healing - use up to bowel tolerance (diarrhea). As one heals, less of it is needed.
Remember, each person is different so risks/benefits ratios must be taken into consideration.
